“Sierra Shooting Association is a newly founded artistic project initiated by Andreas Sandberg (b. 1989) and Adam Haugbak (b. 1991). The association is interested in the presence of shooting in society and culture, and through artistic projects aims to shed light on both historical and contemporary expressions of this. With the studio and its surroundings as our base, we want to develop methods for drawing attention to the association’s activities and to the mechanisms that shooting encompasses.”
Adam Haugbak is based in Gothenburg and Andreas Sandberg in Stockholm.
