“Hi, my name is Lydia and I live on Södermalm in Stockholm. I’m 19 years old and graduated this spring after studying the Arts Programme with a focus on visual arts at Designgymnasiet Kungsholmen. My ambition is to be accepted to Konstfack and one day be able to work as an artist. My artistic interests are mainly painting and ink work, but I enjoy trying new methods and materials. In my work I am often inspired by horror, mysticism, or darkness. Artists who inspire me include Bob Ross and Harry Clarke, but I also draw inspiration from other art forms such as literature, podcasts, and film.
